The Merriweather Assisted Living Complex
At Rosa Senior Living we believe in giving our residents choices. And this even extends to our daily fees. We offer a range of prices based on your choice of accommodations and the level of service and care that you need and want. We will work together during our assessment process to help determine just the right amount of assistance needed to encourage independence and preserve dignity.
Assisted Living Base Fee
Our assisted living base fee includes: your choice of accommodations; an emergency call response system; trained staff available 24 hours a day; monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse; three delicious, well-balanced meals served daily, featuring a variety of menu choices; snacks; weekly housekeeping and daily trash removal; daily programs and activities; scheduled individual and group transportation; resident sponsored clubs; the use of a variety of comfortable community areas; maintenance of building and grounds; access to landscaped courtyards and walking paths; fire safety system; TV and phone hookup, and all utilities.
The base fee also includes a personalized assessment to determine just the right amount of assistance and support with activities of daily living. With the base fees you can receive reminders, cueing and direction for activities of daily living and assistance with bathing or showering.

Assisted Living Plus Fees
Our assisted living plus fees are designed for residents who require or prefer more frequent and intensive assistance with activities of daily living. These additional fees are determined by a personalized assessment utilizing a point system and are in addition to the assisted living base fees.

$24 additional per person, per day.

$39 additional per person, per day.
